If for any circumstance, that we hope it does not happen, you are not plenty satisfied with the product receipt, you have a 7 day period from the receiving to communicate us the return of the goods. For this purpose, we would be grateful if you contact us by writing at comercial@chiemihara.com and shortly we will respond by giving a Return Code, which must be used to fill out the form inside the product box. Without this Code, no reimbursement will be made. Aiming to improve our products and services, we would appreciate if you could detail the reasons for return in the form below inside the box.
Once receipt of the Return Code you will be entitled of 7 day period to refund the goods. The package must be received at studio mihara Timeless s.l. within 15 days of receipt of the Return Code. From the reception of the goods, studio mihara Timeless s.l. will refund the price paid, in a maximum term of 30 days.
